Terms of the Donation
These terms are an agreement between Brentec IT Solutions and you.
By making a donation to Brentec IT Solutions using PayPal, you accept these terms and signify that you understand and agree to these terms. Your donation to Brentec IT Solutions is voluntary and is not a fee for any services, goods, benefits, or advantages, and making a donation to Brentec IT Solutions does not entitle you to any services, goods, benefits, or advantages with our current products/services or any future products/services.
You grant Brentec IT Solutions the irrevocable, perpetual, and unlimited right to use the money (donated by you) in any way and for any purpose they see fit (including, but not limited to, payment of their personal bills and other expenses not connected with any products/services provided by Brentec IT Solutions), and Brentec IT Solutions is not obligated to disclose the way and purpose of your donation to any party unless required by applicable law.
Furthermore, Brentec IT Solutions will not issue any certificate, statement, confirmation, invoice, or receipt for your donation (however, the payment processor, PayPal, may email a receipt and the transaction details to you). Although SQL Agent Insight is currently free software, to the best of our knowledge SQL Agent Insight does not have any tax exempt status. Your donation may or may not be tax-deductible; please consult your tax advisor regarding this.
We will not publish/disclose any personal information without your consent, unless required by applicable law or regulation.
